About this role: The Delivery Assurance Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process for commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring that each order is processed, manufactured, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the order intake process, ensuring all customer requirements are understood and accurately communicated.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure appropriate production schedules and monitor progress to meet delivery deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on order status and address any concerns or changes in requirements.
- Implement project management best practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with the logistics department to arrange transportation and delivery of equipment, ensuring all shipments meet quality standards.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- 5 + years of experience in project management
