Key Responsibilities:

Conducts scheduling and pre-registration functions, verifies insurance coverage, and collects patient liabilities
Maintains productivity standards, resolves outstanding issues, and provides operational support and training to team members
Delivers a positive patient experience and ensures compliance with policies and regulations


Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
Preferred Associate's Degree
Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) is preferred
Three years of experience is preferred
