Key Responsibilities

Assess learning needs and design training programs for the Claims Department
Facilitate training sessions using various instructional methods and evaluate program effectiveness
Support the administration and coordination of learning programs to meet functional objectives


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or training certification with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Intermediate knowledge of medical claims processing and healthcare experience preferred
Experience in needs assessment and evaluating learning programs
Familiarity with healthcare laws including HIPAA and ERISA regulations
