Key Responsibilities

Own the implementation of forms and rate changes for insurance products, translating business requirements into technical requirements
Create test plans, execute test cases, and troubleshoot issues
Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional team members across different time zones


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an operations, implementation, or project analyst
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and functions like VLOOKUP and MATCH
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with JIRA, GitHub, or similar software tools is a plus
