We are looking for a:
Bilingual Dental Receptionist

General Summary:
We are looking for a Bilingual Pediatric Dental Receptionist who brings incredible communication skills, enthusiasm, and customer service savvy to the client's practice. Candidates must appreciate innovation, attention to detail, multi-tasking and serving patients in a professional environment.

Required Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exceptional customer service experience
Customer service experience

Responsibilities:

Patient Scheduling: Create appointments for dental patients, ensuring proper coordination and organization of the calendar.
Front Desk Duties: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and answer questions from parents or guardians regarding appointments, billing, and general information.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operation.
Required to work 1 Saturday a month.

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Salary:

$17-$18/hr.
