A company is looking for a Hearings Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and facilitate hearings-related communications.



Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service for routine inquiries via multiple channels, including phone and email
Document all relevant discussions and manage outbound calls related to hearings
Assist in maintaining sensitive case documents and track escalated case issues


Required Qualifications and Education

High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and CRM systems
Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience
Ability to work a schedule of 9:30am - 6:00pm EST, Monday - Friday
Associates degree and bilingual capabilities preferred More...
