Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, negotiation, and review of contract terms for grants and service agreements
Manage post-award contract administration, including document retention and compliance with funding requirements
Draft and negotiate professional service contracts and maintain vendor contract data


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in contract review, negotiation, and administration
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 5+ years of applicable experience
Experience with federal grant compliance and project management preferred
