Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 3 years in systems analysis and design
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
Proficiency with declarative development tools like Flow Builder and Lightning App Builder
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce security model and experience with Salesforce Community and Service Clouds
