Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key carrier partners, serving as the main contact for daily operations
Monitor and evaluate carrier performance against agreed KPIs and address any arising issues
Identify opportunities for process optimization within carrier management and collaborate with internal teams for improvements


Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
4 - 6 years of experience in carrier relations or a data-driven role
Ability to analyze large sets of data to uncover insights related to carrier performance
Experience managing multiple carrier accounts and tasks simultaneously
