Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Varicent incentive compensation solutions for clients
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable compensation models

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Varicent ICM platform
Proven experience in implementing and customizing Varicent ICM solutions for large organizations
3+ years of experience in a leadership or senior developer role
Strong proficiency in Varicent ICM scripting and data modeling
