Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one leadership coaching and assist in setting goals through individual development plans
Track participants' progress and maintain accurate records of coaching activities
Conduct virtual coaching sessions and deliver ongoing feedback and support


Required Qualifications

Minimum three years of experience in leadership development coaching
Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited organization
Experience with leadership development assessments (e.g., Birkman, MBTI, 360 assessments)
