  • The cardiac/vascular sonographer is responsible for the independent operation of sonographic equipment, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using sonography.
  • The sonographer maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease and new procedures as they evolve.
    Job Requirements
    • RDCS, CCI, RDMS, or ARRT(S) registered (required within 2 years when NDMIRTBE license is conditional)
    • NDMIRTBE licensed or NDMIRTBE conditional license
    • BLS required to start
      Additional Details
      • Copy of Driver's License or Government Issued ID required
      • Everify or Attestation required
      • ACLS required for ICU, PCU, NICU, Labor and Delivery - please check UD or JD to determine if required for other applicable units.
      • BLS required for all RN, LPN, PT, OT, Poly, RT positions.
      • PALS required for applicable units.
      • Allied licensure can be referred to in the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA for qualifying all Allied Professionals
      • Physical Exam required within 1 year of start
      • Fit Test required within 1 year of start
      • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required
