Position Overview: Signet Health, a national leader in behavioral health management, is actively recruiting for a full-time Director of Behavioral Health to manage a comprehensive 26-bed behavioral health program (General Adult and Adolescents) and a full-service Outpatient Program located at Trinity Health Minot. This facility serves a wide region of Eastern North Dakota and is committed to providing high-quality care to the community. This dynamic and seasoned professional will be responsible for overseeing a large, hospital-based behavioral health program, playing a strategic role in leadership and collaboration with Signet Health and hospital administration. Primary Responsibilities: Advance physician engagement and drive operational excellence in patient care delivery. Recruit behavioral health physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff in partnership with hospital recruitment teams. Align with regional strategic and business development initiatives to enhance referral development and marketing efforts for the behavioral health service line. Develop and implement strategic operating and capital budgets. Provide oversight for personnel management and staff development. Plan and implement behavioral health system integration throughout the Trinity Health Minot network. Collaborate with clinical and quality leadership to optimize organizational performance against national quality measures. Serve as the system expert and operational resource for Behavioral Health within the Leadership Team. Ensure the highest level of clinical quality and regulatory compliance for the behavioral health service line. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive behavioral health operations experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within a comparable-sized hospital program. Experience managing physician relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with developing and implementing a continuous improvement culture and process improvement methodologies that foster quality and cost improvement.
