Key Responsibilities

Research and screen provider Network Participation Requests and reassign misrouted issues
Prepare and mail/fax provider letters, contract packets, and welcome packets
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the department


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
One year of experience in provider relations, member services, or claims
