    Job Requirements
    • 2 years of experience required
    • RNs must be able to mix their own medications
    • Must assist with respiratory meds/equipment/intubation
    • Preferred previous travel experience
      Schedule Information
      • Rotating shifts: 7a, 7p, 7p-7a
      • Weekend requirement: 2 out of 6 weekends
      • Holiday requirements apply, RTO considered if given ahead of time
      • 2 days of unit/department specific orientation
        Unit Specific Information
        • Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:4 for stable patients, 1:1 or 1:2 for critically ill patients
        • Common drips include Insulin, Heparin, Levofed, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Propofol
        • ED Physician or Mid-Levels staffed 24/7
          Additional Details
          • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required certifications
          • No separate triage area; travelers will triage patients
          • Common diagnoses include acute illness, severe injuries, chest pain, respiratory distress, neurological issues, and psychiatric emergencies
