A company is looking for a HealthShare Technical Upgrade Lead for a 100% remote position to support a large federal government project for the Department of Veterans Affairs.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end upgrade processes for InterSystems HealthShare and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of technical upgrades
Manage project prioritization, schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure timely delivery


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
10-15 years of relevant experience in technical upgrade roles, preferably within healthcare or similar industries
In-depth knowledge and direct experience with InterSystems HealthShare, Cache, or IRIS
Proven experience in Agile Software Development methodologies, with a focus on DevSecOps and the SAFe framework
