A company is looking for a UKG WFM Configuration Specialist to provide expert-level configuration support for UltiPro Time & Attendance or UKG Workforce Management Classic.



Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level configuration support for UltiPro Time & Attendance or UKG Workforce Management Classic
Conduct end-to-end configuration, including setup of time and attendance policies, pay rules, and shift management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate integration of time data with other systems and payroll processes


Key Qualifications:

Strong technical expertise in UltiPro Time & Attendance or UKG Workforce Management Classic
Proven experience in system configuration, particularly in time management and attendance policies
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues independently
Previous experience with integration of UltiPro Time & Attendance or UKG Workforce Management Classic is a plus
