Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent service orientation for patients and internal care teams
Forecast patient visit needs and optimize scheduling routes for efficiency
Support daily scheduling system usage and improve workforce management processes


Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience using scheduling/workforce management tools in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and utilize available tools
Experience in data acquisition and analysis for problem-solving
Availability during core hours (12pm-8pm ET)
