A company is looking for a Member Services Intake Specialist to assist members with balance bill inquiries and initial file setup.



Key Responsibilities

Assist members with the initial setup of balance bills and respond to related inquiries
Accurately input member balance bill/account information into the database while ensuring quality and timely resolution
Communicate with the Audit Team and third-party partners to obtain necessary documentation for balance bills


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation
Experience in healthcare or billing environments is a plus
