Certification:
Unlicensed Assistive Person - Technician (UAP/T) - North Dakota Board of Nursing - Prior to Start Date.
Licensed Practical Nurse - North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement - Prior to Start Date.
Certified Surgical Technician (CST)- National Board of Surgical Tech-Surgical Assist (NBSTSA) - Preferred.
