Department Details Help build our new offering, the Orthopedic Clearance Clinic. This clinic will see patients pre-operatively to optimize their surgical and post-surgical outcomes. Patient History and Physicals will be completed by the Nurse Practitioner, pre-op education will be provided by the RN and rooming along with some education will be completed by the LPN. There is room to widen job duties as the clinic grows. This nurse will create close working relationships with the Nurse Practitioner and RN along with the whole Orthopedic Clinic team. We see a diverse patient population, work at a fast pace, and use unique skills. The new Clearance Clinic is part of a large Orthopedic Service, all located in the same building/clinic spaces. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with no weekends or major holidays.
