A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for conducting loan reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

Conducts pre and post-closing loan reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Assembles audit-ready files and identifies outstanding items for remediation
Reports on deficiencies to senior management and participates in audits


Required Qualifications:

Understanding of commercial loan documents and financial statements
MS Office competence, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with SBA and commercial loans preferred
Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume environment
