  A hospital in WV is looking for experienced RN's for Float positions to cover Ortho units. The ideal traveler has MS/Tele experience as well as low level Ortho experience. EPIC is required as well as WV or compact license.
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
    
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
    
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care and education
    
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
    
    Unit Details:
    
    
    
    • Most units have a 1:5-6 patient-to-nurse ratio
      
    • Day and night shifts available, with every-other-weekend rotation
      
    • Holiday rotation schedule with permanent staff
      
    • Scrub color: Royal Blue
