Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and service implementations
Oversee processes, analyze data, and implement service improvements
Coordinate with offshore teams and provide training as needed


Required Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines in the wholesale, MGA/MGU insurance vertical
Experience working in Agency Management Systems
Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
