Key Responsibilities

Administer US benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
Collaborate with benefits brokers for annual renewals and issue resolution
Assist with the implementation of international benefits plans and support total rewards projects


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3-5 years of US benefits experience; international benefits experience preferred
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for US and global benefits
An active US and/or international benefits certification
