A company is looking for a People Systems Analyst to support organization-wide systems-related inquiries and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for People System tickets
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to design solutions
Gather requirements, configure, test, implement, and train on Workday changes

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Benefits, etc.)
Deep understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs
Experience working in a global organization
Currently located within EST or CST timezones
