Certification Details - AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required.
- Mandatory certifications include ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, National Tech Cert, HIPAA Safety Manual Ack., State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), NIH Stroke Certification, Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication), Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Competency Exam.
Job Details - Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital - HVTI-Stepdown.
- Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!
- D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)
- MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience. PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.
- MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.
- PBDS Assessment - waived
Job Requirements - MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND
- AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
- Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
