<li>The Cisco Consulting Sales Engineer is a pre-sales engineer responsible for assisting Account Managers design and sell Cisco Unified Communications, Contact Center, Video, Data Center (UCS), and third-party solutions. &nbsp;</li><li>The role will include planning, design, pricing, and most importantly selling. </li><li>Engineer assumes a leadership role for the team and works with our account teams to showcase Cisco solutions and associated third party products, professional and managed services. </li><li>The successful Engineer must keep up to date on relevant Cisco and competitive solutions, products, and services. </li><li>Consult with our customer business users to obtain requirements, specifications and agree on timeframe for completion of assigned requests</li><li>Interface with various vendors &ndash; Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya, Nuance, NICE, Calabrio and others</li><li>Write detailed requirements, system design, proposals and statements of work. </li><li>Review specifications with business user to ensure compliance with requirements</li></ul>

<li>5+ years experience in designing Cisco Collaboration, Contact Center and or UC solutions </li><li>2+ years of experience developing proposals and statements of work.</li><li>Very strong teaming skills with account managers and other sales engineers</li><li>Strong Sales Engineering skills</li><li>Excellent presentation skills</li><li>Exceptional customer facing skill</li><li>Cisco A2Q experience</li><li>Cisco Experience and related expertise and certifications</li><li>Unified Communications Manager/Call Manager</li><li>Cisco Unity/Unity Connection</li><li>Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Express (UCCE, UCCX)</li><li>Cisco Unified Meeting Place and Webex</li><li>Cisco Unified Presence</li><li>Cisco Emergency Responder</li><li>Cisco Unified Mobility</li><li>Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express</li><li>DMS</li><li>H323 / SIP / SCCP</li><li>Voice Gateways / Routers / Switches</li></ul>
