ADECCO is the largest staffing company in the mid-ohio valley. A lot of the biggest and best companies in the area use ADECCO. We are currently recruiting for an full time Outside Sales Representative for a great local company.



This is outside business to business sales. Job duties of the position are:



1. Making outside Calls (including cold calling) on potential businesses and creates an effective pipeline of potential contacts.

2. Generates new businesses through a series of networking events, industry contacts, and LinkedIn.

3. Maintains existing client relationships by providing on-going consulation.

4. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.

5. Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects.

6. Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form.

7. Keeps abreast of trends and innovative sales techniques in an effort to maintain a competitive edge.



The Outside Sales Representative position standard includes the following elements:



1. At least 1 year of outside business to business sales experience (Preferably in office equipment, furniture, or industrial sales)

2. Ability to cold cold clients and to discover client needs

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.



This is a temp to hire position, it will start out at $10.00 a hour, then transition a draw and commission based. Once transitioned, the position has the ability to earn anywhere for 25k to 35k depending on sales. A COMPANY CAR IS PROVIDED with this position, as is full medical and health benifits and 401k after transitioning
