Provides direct supervision to all clinical staff in assigned department of Medical Imaging. Manages staff time cards and schedule, including approving PTO requests, etc., while ensuring critical staffing levels are maintained and that staff are assigned appropriately to support various departments which require imaging services. This is a working supervisor position, with supervisors expected to be productive members of staffing approximately 50% of the time on average. Supervisors may be required to flex hours outside of regular schedule to meet the needs of the department. Partners closely with department Manager(s) to support clinical operations, employee engagement, and performs rounding on patients/family to capture positive feedback and opportunities for improvement. Assists manager with staff contribution management, fact finding, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Always exhibits and models organizational values.

Education:
Associates degree in health sciences from an accredited program required
Certifications Required:
CPR certification: X-ray/CT Supervisor: ARRT Registered in Radiography and Computed Tomography. Salaried position. First shift, M-F 7:30-4pm with flexing schedule as needed periodically, including occasional call and weekend coverage as needed. Supervises CT and General Radiology teams at Main Campus. Working supervisor position expected to be a productive member of staffing approximately 50% of the time. Works collaboratively with Imaging Manager to achieve department goals and monitor quality metrics, among other duties.
