Outside Sales - Shuttle & SpottingAs a Spotting & Shuttle Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their transportation needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties & Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and prospects in the trucking industry.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives and client expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Pricing, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM software. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Working knowledge and understanding of pricing methodologies.
