Adecco is currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding company in Dublin, Ohio. This company is a leading global provider of medical devices for the hospital, emergency, home and specialist environments. We are currently seeking a Resin Processor.



Position duties include delivering material to appropriate molding operations and reprocesses scrap from molding. May load and monitor computerized material systems on multiple molding machines. Will performs basic troubleshooting on machinery and / or feeding systems. Operates grinders and/ or blenders to reduce waste and monitor material consistency to meet QC specifications for reuse or resale. Blends material, weighs up resins, delivers material to machines, purges machines. Compiles and maintains appropriate documentation.



Maintains neat and orderly work area to ensure efficiency and no safety hazards. Meets all quality, quantity and good manufacturing practices to satisfy customer and Regulatory Affairs requirements. Operates fork truck and pallet jacks for material movement.



This position is physically demanding and very fast paced.



Requirements:



*Must have a minimum 2 yrs of manufacturing or production experience

*Must have recent forklift experience

*Must have basic machine operation experience

*Molding operation experience, a plus

*Must be able to handle heavy lifting

*Must have excellent communication & organization skills

*Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.



*Hours for this Resin Processor position are on 3rd shift: 10:30 p.m. - 7 a.m.



*Pay Rate: $13.60/hr
