Plexus seeks an experienced Controller to manage Accounting Operations. In this role, you will take on full responsibility for overseeing all accounting processes and the integrity thereof, while also providing key financial insights to guide strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports
Manage cash flow, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and government reporting
Lead the coordination of audits, both internal and external
Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights for business planning and growth strategies
Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance environment



Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a mid-to-large sized company
In-depth understanding of financial regulations and audit procedures
Proficiency in an ERP environment, accounting platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
