As well, the Team Leader will support the Manager of Crisis Services in administrative functions as indicated or assigned. The Team Leader will provide direct services to patients and families in the role of a Crisis Assessment or Intervention Specialist as needed. The duties consist of care coordination, emergency behavioral health pre-screening, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and referral management to patients and their families. The Team Leader will assist the Manager of Crisis Services as a clinical support and educator to the Behavioral Crisis Center team.

• every other weekend
• LISW/LPCC required, supervision designation preferred
• CPR/CPI certified preferredEducation Requirements:
