GENERAL FUNCTION: The Imaging Prep Specialist I will be responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow, meet productivity and quality requirements and comply with Bancorp policies and procedures. Communicates to internal customer issues regardingimaged documents and clarifies questions on prep for imaging functions if called upon. Works under close supervision of Commercial Loan Ops Management.





DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Perform accurate determination of document type and category.


* Accurately process Kofax batches to meet department#s goals for quality when released in Filenet.


* Identify any discrepancies and issues with the files and communicate these to the manager.


* Comparison of file documentation to AFS to determine appropriate tie of documents to specific obligation (if necessary).


* Assist the management in resolving escalated operational and customer service issues.


* Obtain a solid foundation in the storage and retrieval of documents with the Commercial Imaging system and appropriately apply a working knowledge of diverse commercial loan documentation, policies and procedures for imaging quality.


* Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.
