<li>User experience support on projects including usability, wireframe and visual design deliverable creation.</li><li>As a user experience IA contractor, you will be responsible for ideation, thought leadership and execution across a wide range of projects and platforms including all aspects of digital user interface design and brand experience. </li><li>This includes designing for multi-touch devices, mobile phones, and responsive web. </li><li>Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a holistic, user-centered approach to visual design &ndash; one that draws on your knowledge of creative strategy, information architecture, UX best practices, and your understanding of the possibilities and limitations of technology. Your perspective will synthesize research findings with design, enabling you to translate those insights into meaningful, digestible design artifacts.</li><li>The user experience design contractor must possess excellent communication and organization skills. </li><li>Will work collaboratively with many others including Researchers, Information Architects, Copywriters, Creative Technologists, Developers, and more. You should be comfortable participating in design workshops, brainstorming, and other idea-generating team sessions.</li><li>Top level expert in one or more highly specialized aspects of IT Analysis. &nbsp;</li><li>Acts independently or with limited direction. </li><li>Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. &nbsp;</li><li>With this knowledge, develops or modifies the most complex information systems. &nbsp;</li><li>Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system log difficulties as necessary. &nbsp;</li><li>Guides and advises less-experienced analysts. </li><li>Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.</li></ul>
