Responsibilities:
--- Onboard new clients
--- Attend Meeting of Creditors for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13
--- Attend Court hearings
--- Communicate with clients
--- Communicate with the courts
--- Communicate with the trustees
--- Follow up with clients for documents
--- Review Petition and Schedules
--- Analyze clients' financial situations
--- Provide Solutions to Clients
--- Prepare Motions and Briefs
--- Must be organized
--- Must have good communication skills
--- Must be willing to seek self-improvement
--- Must be willing to want a career in bankruptcy

Qualifications:

--- Successful completion of the bar exam
--- Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
--- Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients
