Your Impact: Mission Integration Leadership - Serve as the go-to expert on Mission and Core Values, fostering a culture of workplace spirituality and Franciscan heritage.
- Collaborate with leadership to strategically embed Mission into policies, operations, and budgets.
- Inspire pride and ownership of the Mission among employees, residents, and community partners.
- Lead theological reflections and foster workplace spirituality among managers and associates.
- Facilitate the formation and orientation of new employees.
- Orient managers and associates to CHI s Mission, Core Values, and Franciscan heritage.
- Facilitate the Called to Lead Program and chair the quarterly ethics committee.
- Promote alignment with Catholic identity while honoring the diversity of spiritual practices within the community. Spiritual Care Excellence
- Develop and provide outstanding spiritual care services, ensuring compassionate support for residents at all levels, especially at the end of life.
- Oversee religious services, chapel care, and programs that reflect and respect diverse spiritualties.
- Oversee a full-time Spiritual Care Coordinator who serves residents at the Providence Care Center campus. What We Want From You: Experience
- Required: Ministry experience working with seniors; management success in healthcare preferred.
- Preferred: Catholic healthcare experience and two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). Education
- A Bachelor s Degree required; Master s preferred, in theology, healthcare, education, or a related field, with a working knowledge of operations.
- Working knowledge of health care ethics and the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services (ERDs).
- Demonstrated familiarity with a diversity of spiritualties.
- Ability to work effectively within the framework of the Catholic Church, with alignment to the spirit of CommonSpirit Health.
- Strong preference for an active Catholic; exceptions include candidates supportive of the Catholic heritage and practices with experience in Catholic healthcare. Skills & Values
