Description

Are you an experienced Punch/Make Ready Technician? Then we want to meet you! Earn $23-$25+/hr as a member of our 5812 Maintenance team!PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs.Prepare vacant units for occupancy, such as general cleaning.Interior Painting, used routinely in this position.Maintain organization of the maintenance shop.Retain accurate records of repairs and punches.General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.Assist in snow removal as necessary.Perform other duties as required.REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or Equivalent3-5 years prior experience or relevant experienceAdvanced paint, advanced drywall, advanced luxury vinyl tile, advanced organizational skills, advanced time management skills, advanced cabinet, intermediate electrical, intermediate appliances, intermediate HVAC, intermediate computer, and intermediate carpentryDriver's License and valid car insurancePersonal, reliable transportationExcellent communication skills; written and verbalAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishService mentality and a thirst for learningPositive Can-Do AttitudeExcellent AttendanceJob Type:Full-timeSalary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourWhat we offer:* 100% premiums paid for medical and dental (employee only coverage)* 100% premiums paid for basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and employee assistance program.* 20% discount on rent in our communities* 401k match up to 6%* 3 weeks PTO for 1st year* Employer HSA contribution (if selected High Deductible medical plan)* 10 paid holidays* Boots and Tools Reimbursement Program* Bonus potentialSchedule:Monday-Friday8AM - 5PM
