<li>Plan, direct, and prioritize project activities of the ESM team </li><li>Develop and maintain the long term strategy for the ESM environment in support of global operations</li><li>Create and implement strategic initiatives to standardize processes and improve efficiencies across Enterprise Infrastructure and Applications</li><li>Act as point of support for the ESM team for escalations and critical issues</li><li>Gather and analyze data to ensure current standards and processes are being followed and are meeting service level agreements across the global enterprise</li><li>Manage the department budgets, schedule, scope, quality, and risk to deliver the department initiatives to support business requirements</li><li>Participate on application and infrastructure implementation projects to insure the solution conforms to existing Enterprise Systems Management standards</li><li>Provide engineering support as necessary to resolve technical issues </li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Candidates Must Have:</B><br><B>&nbsp;</B><br><ul>

<li>Minimum of 5 years as an ESM Manager delivering complex ESM solutions in a large, global organization</li><li>Experience in developing and maintaining system environments that facilitate the ITIL principals </li><li>Experience in use of: IBM Tivoli Monitoring(ITM), IBM Netcool (Omnibus &amp; Impact), IBM SmartCloud Control Desk</li><li>Ability to develop and present strategies </li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to coach/develop team members </li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Highly Desirable:</B><br><B>&nbsp;</B><br><ul>

<li>Understanding of automation, coding and various languages including: C# , JavaScript, Python, TPM programming language, VBScript</li><li>Experience in additional IBM Tivoli suite products</li><li>Knowledge and experience in AIX, Windows Operating Systems, and Enterprise databases</li></ul>
