<span><B>Position: &nbsp;Lead Systems Administrator Job in Cleveland, Ohio</B><br><B>Location: Cleveland, OH</B><br><B>Duration: Direct Hire</B><br>&nbsp;<br>Modis, a leader in the staffing industry, is working with a client to fill a <B>Lead Systems Administrator Job in Cleveland Ohio</B> within their organization. &nbsp;&nbsp;The Lead Systems Administrator Job in Cleveland, Ohio will work closely with our Project Engineers to design system configurations, schedule upgrades and improve overall infrastructure performance for our customers. This is a client-facing role and the candidate will have regular interactions with clients in various industries.<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Responsibilities: </B><br><ul>

<li>Support the project engineers as the key technical resource with implementation and support of various Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory projects including but not limited to: </li></ul>

¿ Expansion to new locations <br>¿ Increase in employee headcount or client/customer base <br>¿ Mergers/acquisitions <br>¿ Maintain internal and/or client computer systems, perform preventative maintenance, install software, catalog computer files, resolve database problems and perform backup and recovery functions <br>¿ Assist and mentor the service desk team as a point of escalation for troubleshooting and resolving client service requests <br>¿ Support and be familiar with the latest technology including Microsoft platforms, cloud, virtualization, SAAS, IAAS, Apple and mobile devices <br>¿ Travel locally to client sites as needed Qualifications <br>&nbsp;<br><B>Qualifications:</B><br><ul>

<li>5-7+ years Microsoft platform experience &ndash; Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, Office 365 </li><li>1-2 years project implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server preferred </li><li>Must have previous small business enterprise or client facing experience </li><li>An understanding of system design and configuration including virtualization, cloud storage and mobile devices </li><li>Prior help desk experience highly preferred </li><li>Deep desire and passion for providing outstanding service </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into an easy to understand explanation </li><li>Exceptional organization, problem solving and analytical skills </li><li>Can work successfully in a team environment as well as independently </li><li>B.S. in Computer Science, business or another related field preferred </li><li>Technical certifications from Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, Dell, Citrix, etc. a plus </li></ul>
