<span>Modis is working with a client who has a Remote Deployment job in Garfield Heights, OH. This position is a mid-level support role that will be responsible for remote management of multiple server installations. This person should have experience working in an IT environment providing user telephone/remote support. A qualified candidate should be experienced supporting or installing Microsoft technologies. The client is a large automotive manufacturer with multiple supported sites throughout the nation. This position is a long term project based contract.<br>&nbsp;<br>Remote Deployment job:<br>&nbsp;<br><ul>

<li>Remotely manage server installations and upgrades alongside technicians at different sites.</li><li>Guide personnel through system and peripheral configuration checklist and established procedures.</li><li>Troubleshooting issues associated with server installation/upgrade. </li><li>Provide accurate and thorough solutions to user problems, escalating or transferring problems when appropriate.</li><li>Provide knowledge via trained expertise for development concepts, best practices and procedures.</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br>Qualifications:<br>&nbsp;<br><ul>

<li>Must have at least 3 years of experience in an IT support/administrator role with experience with Microsoft system technologies.</li><li>Previous end user phone support experience.</li><li>Must have flexibility to work any shift as well as working weekends, after-hours, and Holidays as needed.</li><li>Must have strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008 and/or 2012 is a plus</li></ul>
