<span><B>Position: &nbsp;&nbsp;Operations Analyst Job in Cleveland, OH</B><br><B>Location: &nbsp;Cleveland, OH</B><br><B>Duration: &nbsp;5 month contract</B><br>&nbsp;<br>Modis, a leader in the IT staffing industry, is working with a client to fill an <B>Operations Analyst Job in Cleveland, Ohio</B> within their technology-focused, forward-thinking organization. &nbsp;This Operations Analyst Job in Cleveland, Ohio requires working in a warehouse/configuration center environment and will need to have laptop/desktop/printer break-fix experience. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Responsibilities:</B><br><ul>

<li>Assisting with diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing PCs, laptops, printers, computer peripherals, and/or miscellaneous hardware equipment in order to extend the life cycle of computer equipment</li><li>Acquires job skills and learns department procedures to complete routine tasks requiring limited judgment</li><li>Typically receives detailed instructions and works under direct supervision until most routine tasks are mastered and understanding of department process is achieved.</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Qualifications:</B><br><ul>

<li>High School diploma or Associates Degree with at least two years of PC technician experience. </li><li>At least two years&rsquo; experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite of tools. </li><li>The ability to operate a PC and its associated software, and a working knowledge of how computers and computer hardware operate.</li><li>Strong computer hardware troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Prior experience with asset management systems using barcode technology preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of PC hardware installation preferred. </li><li>Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>The ability to work under minimal supervision and work effectively under pressure.</li></ul>
