<span>Position: &nbsp;&nbsp;Systems Test Engineer Job in Cleveland, OH<br>Location: &nbsp;Cleveland, OH<br>Duration: &nbsp;12 month Contract <br>&nbsp;<br>Modis, a leader in the IT staffing industry, is working with a client on a Performance Systems Test Engineer Job in Cleveland, OH to join their technology-focused, forward-thinking organization.<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Position Description:</B><br>The Systems Test Engineer will join our team of performance engineers designing, analyzing and executing performance tests by leveraging industry standard performance tools such as HP LoadRunner, as well as developing and creating custom tools, load generators, responders, and test frameworks to meet the unique demands of our testing requirements. <br>&nbsp;<br>This person will work on a variety of projects initiated by platforms and enterprise. Our role is to conduct performance risk assessment of change and if the performance risk is high we design, conduct and analyze the application(s) performance. We also get involved with root cause analysis when a problem occurs in Production that is related to application performance.<br>&nbsp;<br>Required Testing Skills:<br>&bull; HP LoadRunner (version 9.5 and above) tool - creating scripts, creating scenarios, able to execute the tests, analyze the results, create reports<br>&bull; Experienced in executing performance tests for highly complex applications<br>&bull; The ability to translate a variety of technical information into understandable terms and present results to a variety of audiences - both technical and non-technical<br>&bull; The ability to consider technical decisions as part of a multidimensional problem, balancing standards, principles, project management disciplines (time, cost, schedules), team norms (consultation, decision-making, communication) and process<br>&bull; Strong technical and programming knowledge including C#/.NET, automation frameworks, XML, HTML/HTML5<br>&bull; Ability to create effective test automation, fixtures and harnesses<br>&bull; Understand Server technologies - IIS, Event logs, Perf Mon and load distribution technologies (Big-IP)<br>&bull; Understand the processes for code deployment and configuration management<br>&bull; Experience in creating SQL queries to identify trends from the performance logs<br>&nbsp;<br>**Please note - Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US directly without the need for sponsorship** NO C2C<br>&nbsp;<br>If you are interested in working with this nationally known organization in the Systems Test Engineer Job in Cleveland, OH, please apply directly at <B>www.modis.com</B><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br></span> More...
