The Desktop Engineer Team Lead will be 75% technical and 25% leadership responsibilities over a team of 3. The Desktop Engineer Analyst will be 100% technical with opportunity for advancement. Both positions will support industry specific applications, both stand-alone as well as applications that integrate with the Document Management System and will need to have experience and skill with Excel, Access, and Office Integration, specifically with Adobe Acrobat, Vizio, and InfoPath.<br> <br></span><B>Responsibilities:</B><span style="color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;"><br> </span><br><ul>
<li>Works with Management to assess resource allocations, assign work, estimate time and costs, and manage deliverables according to schedule and budget</li><li>Collaborates with peers to create, administer, and optimize MS Office and related application solutions</li><li>Effectively coordinates cross-functional team activities and manages multiple and competing priorities and assignments as required in a dynamic environment</li><li>Evaluates alternatives for deploying, patching, and supporting applications in a managed environment</li><li>Coordinates third level support efforts to diagnose MS Office related and other desktop and practice specific software issues</li><li>Provides guidance and instructions to first and second level support on the management of known production system problems</li><li>Administers the MS Office environment and leads the team in the design, integration, and management of the environment</li><li>Completes projects outside of normal business hours if necessary to meet the objectives</li></ul>
