• Pay: $23.50/hr. Associates are eligible for pay raises after 6 months (per eligibility requirements).
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:59 PM-12:30 AM (with overtime available, up to 4:00AM)New Hire Incentives Include:

    • Must meet 4 of 5 criteria within first 30 days - Safety, Quality, Performance, Attendance, and Engagement (Team Partnership)
    • Sorting car parts with RF scanner, placing parts in correct cage, bumper box, and skids
    • Lifting up to 70 pounds
    • Standing 8-10 hours
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
    • Steel toes required. Position Requirements:
      • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
      • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
      • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
      • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
