A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney for a 4-month contract position.



Key Responsibilities:

Advising teams on various commercial and contractual legal matters
Drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including contracts and leases
Managing payment disputes and commercial claims, including arbitration


Required Qualifications:

JD and fully qualified in any State in the US
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
In-depth understanding of legal issues related to commercial operations
Excellent contract negotiating and drafting skills
