A company is looking for a Service Center Support Tech Tier 1 responsible for providing technical support to service centers.



Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to service centers regarding installation and equipment issues
Receive and respond to calls and emails for technical assistance, primarily from external sources
Document service center inquiries and provide administrative support for troubleshooting and data review


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; automotive or electrical certification recommended
At least one year of hands-on experience with 12-volt electrical systems and troubleshooting automotive electrical systems
Expertise in installation and servicing automotive alarm or remote start systems preferred
Experience with critical thinking and conflict resolution
