Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a temperary Human Resources Assistante to help in there facility located in Cleveland, Ohio. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have human resources experience and applicable skills that include all Microsoft Office Products.





You will be the first point of contact for employees in HR office. Administer bulletin boards, uniform ordering, employee notices for obituaries and births, order flowers. Will be responsible for communication to employees by creating Powerpoint presentations and updating 5 electronic message boards. Distribute montly service award cards, prepare monthly wage increase certificates. Preparation for new hires: payroll and policy packets of forms, gift bags, copying handbooks. Will be involved in employee mailings and employee record maintenance. More strategic responsiblity will be given once proven in above areas. Must be able to multi task and with interupptions.
