Role Overview: The Sr. Product Manager uses qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful product strategies. The role partners with cross-functional teams and leadership to define and drive a compelling roadmap that aligns with business goals. Where You're Located: Candidates for this role will be based in the United States and work remotely. Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives, from opportunity assessment to post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics) to deliver high-quality features and updates.
- Define and track key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct user research and analyze product data to uncover insights that inform product decisions.
- Advocate for user-centric designs and solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and results effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Seek to understand, distill, and communicate key customer problems, and use that to deliver products that customers love and that drive business value.
Experience: - 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of managing entire product lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile app products, preferably in consumer-focused industries.
- Experience managing the lifecycle of a product, preferably a consumer-facing brand in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting complex data and making data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with engineering, analytics, and design teams in a remote working environment.
- Ability to identify and solve user problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote working environment.
- Experience working on a travel or outdoors-focused product (Preferred).
- Experience using Mixpanel (Preferred).
